- Peel off the back
- Direct the papaya into two parts with a clean kitchen knife and remove the seeds inside
- Slice the papaya into tiny bits, the reason is to ensure that it’s easy to blend by your blender
- Pour the sliced papaya into your blender, add a glass of water then blend properly till you have a very smooth drink
- Pour the blended papaya into glass cups add ice cubes to make it chilled then serve
